1.2 Generate URL Objects

Purpose: The purpose of this task is to generate the DDS sheets for this UM.

To Do: Do the following tasks:

1. Select the {A2-UM-Diagram} worksheet
2. If you want to start a new diagram, then Delete all objects and data (See Reference A)
3. Select the {A2-UM-Diagram} worksheet
4. Press CTRL + T keys then click option B9 Generate URL Objects

3. Click the Yes button

   

4. Click the OK button

5. Select the {URL_Objects} worksheet

6. The program has generated three set of objects

   • DO Root-Tags

     

   • Steps

     

   • Controller and AO Root-Tags

   • 

1.3 Develop the background graphic

Purpose: The purpose of this task is to add background drawing for this unit.

To Do: Do the following tasks:

1. Select the {Graphic_Template} worksheet

2. Select the following object

   • Use the Select Object Tool

     

   • Select this area

   • 

   • Right Mouse Copy

   • Select the {A2-UM-Diagram} worksheet

   • Right Mouse Paste

   • Right Mouse Group >> Group

     

   • The worksheet should look like this

1.4 Copy the Object from {URL_Objects}

Purpose: The purpose of this task is to copy objects created in the previous task to this page

To Do: Do the following tasks:

• Select the {URL_Objects} worksheet (click on cell D1)

Use Object Pointer and select all objects

• Copy all

• Select the {A2-UM-Diagram} worksheet (click on cell C1)

1.5 Paste them and place them on the right position

Purpose: The purpose of this task is to add alarms to the CCM-Steps Matrix for this UM. In SBC the alarms are enable and disabled per active step.

To Do: Do the following tasks:

1. Select the {A2-UM-Diagram} worksheet

2. paste copied objects to the right of the background drawing.

3. move the objects to the right position

1.6 Link the Objects to CCM Step Interaction Matrix {C5-CCM-Steps}

Purpose: The purpose of this task is to add alarms to the CCM-Steps Matrix for this UM. In SBC the alarms are enable and disabled per active step.

To Do: Do the following tasks:

1. Select the {A2-UM-Diagram} worksheet

2. Press CTRL + T keys then click option [A2] Build URL Links Sheet..

3. This will build the following table

1.7 Turn Objects Name ON or OFF

Purpose: The purpose of this task is to check the name of the objects

To Do: Do the following tasks:

1. Select the {A2-UM-Diagram} worksheet

2. Press CTRL + T keys then click option [A1] Add/Remove ..

   

3. The names can be removed by clicking the same command

1.8 Test the Objects in all Steps for their performance

Purpose: The purpose of this task is to add alarms to the CCM-Steps Matrix for this UM. In SBC the alarms are enable and disabled per active step.

To Do: Do the following tasks:

1. Select the {A2-UM-Diagram} worksheet

2. Check the diagram for all steps

3. Press CTRL + T keys then click option [N] Move to Next Step .. or click the [Next] Button

1.9 Correct E and N and Repeat Tasks 4.5 to 4.7

Purpose: The purpose of this task is change if needed the CCM-Step-Interaction matrix after review this diagram with operation

To Do: Do the following tasks:

1. Select the {C5-CCM-Steps} worksheet

2. Change the E or N if required

3. Select the {A2-UM-Diagram} worksheet

4. Press CTRL + T keys then click option [A2] Build URL Links Sheet..

5. Check

1.10 Build Presentation PDF and review with operation

Purpose: The purpose of this task is to add alarms to the CCM-Steps Matrix for this UM. In SBC the alarms are enable and disabled per active step.

To Do: Do the following tasks:

1. Select the {A2-UM-Diagram} worksheet

2. Press CTRL + T keys then click option [A3] Build Presentation ..

This will generate PowerPoint presentation copying R1C1 to R33C25, please click No and change if required.

3. Click the Yes button

4. Two set of presentation are made

   • PowerPoint
   • PDF

5. Click on the cell R1C19 for PDF or R2C19 (PowerPoint)

6. Once PowerPoint file is opened, Save it as GIF

   

7. Review the file

8.
